St Mary’s Preschool session times are: Monday to Friday : 9am – 3pm
A full session is from 9am until 3pm, however we can also accommodate morning sessions from 9am until 12pm and afternoon sessions from 12pm until 3pm.
Please note that we are open during term time only and follow Cherry Tree Primary School holidays. The term dates can be found on the Parent Information page.
A notice period of one month is required for any changes to sessions or termination of contract.
The children are asked to bring in packed lunches if they are attending a full or afternoon session. They love to carry their own lunch boxes like the bigger boys and girls at school! Please note we are nut free and due to staff allergies please refrain from sending your children to school with grapes or kiwi.
St Mary’s accepts children from age two and a half at a rate of £5 per hour reducing to £4.17 per hour from the term after the child reaches age three.
The Free Early Years Entitlement grant is provided by Warrington Borough Council from age 2, for qualifying families (please ask for further details or contact Warrington directly for details) from the term after their 2nd birthday.
Children aged 3 and over are able to spend their 15 hours of Free Early Years Entitlement (FEYE) at St Mary’s, or split these hours with other childcare providers. Invoices and funding forms for FEYE entitlement are issued regularly. Further information about FEYE funding can be found at www.warrington.gov.uk in the education section. Eligible children are usually entitled to claim for 38 weeks, with up to a maximum of 570 hours per year.
